Crashes on iPhone 6

The "securities" always crashes when I try to pull up "usgg10yr index". Have been a user of Bloomberg terminal for 7 years. Realize the Bloomberg terminal has became lot less stable and some data api are not accurate since the past year or so. Support staff used to be very competent, but most of the new staff since about a year ago has been completely incapable. I am sure many other users would agree.
